What coaching looks like
Coaching is one-on-one guidance for nonprofit leaders who want a thought partner as they bring AI into their organization. Sessions are tailored to your context — your team, your tools, your mission.
We cover everything from strategy (where should we start?) to hands-on skill building (how do I actually use this?) to organizational change (how do I get my team on board?).
Engagements are flexible — we work out the right cadence and scope together based on what you need.
